Basic usage data: standard technical information such as browser type and general site usage, collected automatically by our hosting provider.

To respond to messages sent through our contact form or chat assistant
To send you occasional emails related to your account, purchase, or — if you've provided your email through the chat assistant — a small number of follow-up emails about the system. You can opt out of these at any time.
To generate the AI-powered summaries and reports that are a core feature of the system, using the information you've entered

3. How Your Information Is Stored

Your account information and workbook content are stored using Supabase, a secure database provider, with industry-standard encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which maintains its own security and compliance standards (PCI DSS).

4. Who Can Access Your Information

Your workbook content and personal reflections are private to your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Only you can access your account content unless you choose to share it (for example, by printing a report to bring to your own attorney or financial advisor).

5. AI-Generated Summaries

Certain features of the system use AI to generate personalized summaries based on the information you provide. This processing is used solely to generate your own reports and is not used to train AI models on your personal data or shared beyond what's necessary to generate your summary.

6. Cookies and Basic Analytics

Our website may use minimal, standard technical cookies necessary for the site to function properly (such as keeping you logged in). We do not use invasive tracking or sell data to advertising networks.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and workbook information for as long as your account remains active. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we will process your request within a reasonable time.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also opt out of any follow-up emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us directly.

9. Children's Privacy

Estate Prep Partners is not directed at, and should not be used by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
